Pa-Kua classes first opened in Cambridge in 2012 offering Martial Arts & Self-defence and Sword Training. Today we also have Oriental Archery, Acrobatics, and Martial Arts for Kids, in multiple locations across the city. Our classes are for all ages and levels.

Monday classes (Oriental Archery): the room is the Recital Hall of the Hills Road Sixth Form College. The easiest way to find it: on Purbeck Road the College has a car park. Going back towards Hills Road on Purbeck Road from the car park turn left when the College building starts. There will be a dark red double door that leads directly into the Recital Hall.
Tuesday classes (Martial Art & Self-Defence, Edged Weapons): the room is M213 – Drama Studio. It’s on the second floor of a new building of the Hills Road Sixth Form College. The building is on the corner of Hills Road and Purbeck road, the entrance is from Hills Road, at the small car park in front of the College.
Thursday classes (Acrobatics, Martial Art & Self-Defence): the room is M115 – Dance Studio. It’s on the first floor of a new building of the Hills Road Sixth Form College. The building is on the corner of Hills Road and Purbeck road, the entrance is from Hills Road, at the small car park in front of the College.

Drop-in fees
We offer a trial class of each of our disciplines free of charge, but subject to registration. Book it here.
For any drop-in class the price is £10 per hour.
We accept both bank transfers and cash for drop-in class payments.

If you’re attending to multiple disciplines
Please calculate the following: one class per week for one calendar month is £34.
Every additional class per week for one calendar month is £15 on top of that.
1 class/week: £34 (£27 for university students),
2 classes/week: £49 (£39 for university students)
3 classes/week: £64 (£51 for university students)
4 classes/week: £79 (£63 for university students)
5 classes/week: £94 (£75 for university students)
6 classes/week: £109 (£87 for university students)
Example:
If you want to come to one Martial Art class, Edged Weapons, and Acrobatics it’s 34 + 15 + 15 = 64 per month.
